Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], August 24: Globe Enterprises (India) Limited, formerly known as Globe Textiles (India) Limited, has announced its Q1 FY27 financial results, reporting strong revenue growth alongside continued expansion of its business capabilities.
The Company recorded revenue of INR 166.68 crore in Q1 FY27, up 32.7% YoY from INR 125.56 crore in Q1 FY26. Total revenue stood at INR 167.35 crore, while EBITDA was INR 8.54 crore and PBT stood at INR 3.52 crore.

The revenue growth was supported by enhanced garment manufacturing capacity commissioned during the previous year, enabling the Company to cater to higher volumes across domestic and export markets. Profitability, however, remained under pressure due to a 15 - 20% increase in raw material costs, coupled with higher logistics and shipping expenses.
Despite the near-term cost pressures, the Company enters Q2 FY27 with an order book of more than INR 100 crore, providing visibility for the upcoming quarter.
FY26 Performance & Strategic Expansion
Globe Enterprises delivered a strong FY26 performance, with revenue growing 55% to INR 598.84 crore, while EBITDA stood at INR 31.74 crore and PBT at INR 12.79 crore.
During FY26, the Company changed its name from Globe Textiles (India) Limited to Globe Enterprises (India) Limited, reflecting its broader vision to expand beyond traditional textiles into fashion, apparel, technical textiles, chemicals and allied businesses.
The successful acquisition of Globe Denwash has further strengthened the Company's value-added capabilities and is expected to support its expansion across key segments.
With increased manufacturing capacity, above INR 100 crore order book and a diversified growth strategy, Globe Enterprises remains focused on strengthening its market presence and building sustainable long-term growth.
